Thrive! Don't Just Survive is a 6-week workshop series that was developed to understand how we see the world, how the world sees us and how it affects our mental health.
Where we build the base for understanding our perspective
We lay the foundation by grasping the essence of perspective, laying the groundwork for comprehending how we perceive the world.
During the second week, we explore how we see and understand positivity, including the concept of toxic positivity.
During the third week we explore the different mindsets (Fixed Mindset, Growth Mindset and Resilient Mindset), and how they can affect our perspective and mental health.
Where we begin to do more deeper work and commit to making permanent positive changes
During the fourth week we discus, our reality by exploring, how we see ourselves, how we think the world sees us, how we want to be seen.
We also reviewed the expectations we put on people and how that plays a role in out mental health.
During the fifth week we review Intrinsic Motivation, Self-Determination and how to make goals permanent by exploring the motivation behind our goals.
We create goals and solidified in the sixth week.
In our sixth and final week, we revisit the content from the previous five weeks, assembling a comprehensive toolkit of coping strategies.
We closed out the series by reviewing our goals and commit to making them permanent positive changes in our lives using our tool kit we gain throughout the six weeks.
