My name is Adriana Aquina and I am a professional who specializes in supporting individuals in improving their mental wellness by providing guidance, motivation, and practical strategies to help you overcome challenges, develop coping skills, and achieve your mental health goals.
As someone who has experienced mental health challenges and struggled to reach out for help, I have made it my mission to support anyone and everyone through mental health challenges and let them know they do not have to do it alone.
I am very motivated and inspired by every client I meet, I want to empower individuals, motivate personal growth, and supporting clients in making positive long-lasting changes in their lives.
Through my sessions we are able to work on various mental health concerns, such as stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or life transitions.
It is important for me to create a non-judgmental and supportive space for you to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with honesty.
